The Giver

Hello,
As you all know, we have started The Giver. I think this book has been very good, and I think it has a very deep message in it. I think we all need to be aware as we read, that there is something deep in between the lines. Please leave your input about what the message might be. At this point, I'm not too sure as to what it is. I think that it might be that it is better to suffer through pain and to have love at the same time, than to not have any of it. I would rather have the full package than nothing. Tell me what you guys think.
